DO NOT RENT HERE
Where do I start? First off, I have had an open maintenance request for AC since July 1st 2026!!!!!!!!!! My thermostat is broken and Ive had to rig it so me and my family would not burn up in this summer heat. The leasing office does not care. The summer heat is an emergency and nothing to play around with. I've reached out to the leasing office multiple times via email and even went by there twice within the last week. Still nothing. As a matter of fact, I've contacted someone to help me... get a reimbursement from Villas Del Marisol in regards to my air conditioning bill that is now $300 due to their negligence!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!

Excited to move in!!
Devon and Esmeralda made the application process easy and are super nice to work with on getting you a new apartment there! Moving in soon and super excited! Apartments are super cute on the inside and there is lots of green space for kids to play!
