Exterior improvements underway

Great location. Zaelynn showed me the property. She was very knowledgeable and incredibly affable! During the tour, I could tell they were making improvements to the property. My only nitpick would be - they need another entrance. Because if you select a unit in the back, you'll have a bit of a trek.

Exceeding Expectations

First off, Zaelynn was amazing and patient. She was able to answer all of my questions on the spot and helped my bf and I feel confident and comfortable moving into a unit here. Everything was super easy and her communication was superb. I would and do recommend it here.

Good customer Service by Jaylin

I recently had a good customer experience with Jaylin. I was apartment hunting and had many questions about the available units, amenities, and lease terms. Jaylin was beneficial and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. She even took the time to show me multiple units and explain their differences.

What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She got good energy too.

Don’t move here !

Don’t move here, if your looking for a quiet place to call home this is definitely not for you !! I’ve only been here a couple of months and can’t wait till my lease ends first I had to deal with cockroaches then mold now mice !! Not to mention the tenant over top of me has three boy's whom jump from the time they get up till last thing@ night so much that my light literally broke.Not surprised there’s mice considering.Make sure you look at the apartment your moving in not the model or you will… be disappointed

Don’t do it !!!!

DONT MOVE IN!!
I’ve seen mixed reviews about this apartment and I questioned it to the rental office and was told they wasn’t true. I just moved in, relocating from another state. This is my worst nightmare. The pictures online is not what the apartments looked like, they are pictures of the models apartments and updated apartments that is not being rented no time soon. There’s roaches that’s coming from the vents, the plug holes has sparks coming from them and the apartment ceiling has water… damage. Which probably explains why one of the other building caught on fire. The people above and below me are inconsiderate. DO NOT move in without seeing the apartment first or requesting a virtual tour because you will not get the truth from the rental office staff. I’m currently taking legal actions.
