Morgans Landing

I recently moved into this apartment community and couldn't be happier! The unit is incredibly spacious, which makes it feel like home right away. A special shoutout to Raymon—he was a huge help throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!

If you like a crappy apartment that seems like a good deal for the area, but quickly falls to pieces once you move in, then Morgan’s landing is the place for you. I lived here for a year and a half, and it’s no exaggeration that I had to call maintenance to our apartment at least every two months for our entire stay there. At one point we had a carbon monoxide leak, so no gas no heat, in the middle of winter and they wouldn’t even pay for us to stay somewhere else (that wasn’t filled with poison… gas). It may seem like a good deal rent wise, but they nickel and dime you every chance they get to make their money back. And when you move out and leave the place spotless, get ready to get hit with a $1000 cleaning fee for “oil damage” and “spiderwebs.” I’ve lived in 5 different complexes, some much cheaper than here, and this was by far the worst experience from top to bottom. I have lived here for over one and a half years. The units are old and you have to be very watchful for any wear and tear while you move in and during your occupancy. Because the management will charge you for everything when you move out. The Management is very rude and its very difficult to get a proper response from them! Greedy Management that charges you for everything! I regret my decision to stay there
