This building and grounds are disgusting. Management is nonresponsive to issues. Packages consistently get stolen. Elevators break down regularly. My latest discovery is that the printer in the "business center" does not even have a power cord. Please find another place to live.

Valet trash is regularly missed, the elevator goes out frequently, the carpet in the halls is gross, DO NOT have anything shipped here because it will be put into a package room that everyone has access to and apparently we live among thieves, parking for visitors is an absolute nightmare, maintenance requests have taken weeks to be completed, the gates and doors are often broken, there have been multiple leaks throughout the building and the leasing agent is terrible at her job and does not... follow through. I only gave it 2 stars because I like my actual apartment but the rest leaves a lot to be desired and has been a source of a lot of stress.

I have lived here for over a year now and Ms. Koko and her team are the best, she is very proactive and if its within her control she fixes it instantly. it is a hidden gem in a great location and the amenities, pool,club house , coffee station, offices are always spotless. I noticed the library has been upgraded to accommodate more working spaces.
I am really impressed, the complex is always at max occupancy hence we have a parking challenge especially when there is a party or after 8PM but Ms... Koko still managed to squeeze in additional 4 slots.when I moved it, it was managed by IMT and I found one of their staff very ill mannered, and its notable that everyone on this team are awesome, charming and very helpful , even when I'm out of town I comfortably call the leasing office and they are gracious to help. Bernice had food trucks Fridays, valentine soiree, etc. Adrik has a special Margarita recipe for margarita nites. you won't regret choosing this place! if there are cons, the pros outweigh them! I haven't had to log in any maintenance complaint since I moved in and that says it all! I can't see myself leaving this place in a long time.

I moved here under the old management IMT and they were awesome! Fast with maintenance repairs, clean common areas like the gym and game room area. Valet trash is a plus too! Now under Juniper Management, I also haven’t had any issues. They are quick with questions, always have food trucks for activities, and such a dog friendly apartment complex. Definitely renewing my lease!
