Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours, or Wednesday if Tuesday falls on a public holiday. Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays, also during working hours. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, and refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
