OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE TEAM TO INCLUDE GREAT ENERGY!!!!

I have been a resident for several years at Trellis now ( probably one of the best reason I am still here) anytime I have an issue the team do their best to fix the problem or work to find a solution no matter how long it takes. I would highly recommend anyone interested in living here to see that as a plus and know that slow to get to it maintenance does not exist with them.

This place is a joke!

Front office staff is not friendly and will not answer phone calls. Maintenance takes months to look at any issues and does not fix things properly. There is trash everywhere. Giant pot holes all over the property. We've been dealing with roaches even though they have charged me multiple times a month for pest control. We've had the cops show up to the people across the hall at 2 in the morning. Pool got shut done for failing inspection because it was absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your… money here.

Rent Elsewhere, Parking is a nightmare

There is nothing "Luxury" about this complex. "Minutes from downtown" can be up to 30 minutes when traffic is bad. The appliances may have been nice a decade ago. The trash is constantly overflowed into the street. "Gated Community" we've lived here for 2 years and the gate has worked maybe a total of 5 months. The "Custom cabinets" are the plain Jane cheap brown cabinets from Lowes. Not a single lake, they're all dirty ponds.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The maintenance is a joke. There’s never staff to take care of anything and there is NO maintenance phone number for tenants to call. You have to email the manager, who is wonderful, but doesn’t have the help. Everything just spins in circles. The property and fountains are filthy. The units are rundown. I don’t even want to waste my time ranting—but move here at your own risk.
