The home has two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two full-sized beds, along with a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, guests can enjoy a small side yard, perfect for children or pets.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Parking is available for guests, and for dock access, walk across the street to the parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. The community game area offers seating and a grill, along with games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.
