The fully appointed cozy kitchen with an eat-in area for four overlooks the pond, while the dining room with seating for six opens out to the expansive back deck. The cottage includes two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor, with a tastefully decorated queen-size bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. An attached one-car garage with laundry facilities is available for guests.
The open concept living room and dining room provide seating for six, and the kitchen with an eat-in dining area accommodates four. Guests can enjoy full access to the deck and pond, with a small gate for kids and pets. The backyard features a very small fenced area, perfect for kids or pets to enjoy the outdoors.

Guests will access the home up a flight of steps onto the front porch and through the front door, with a digital keypad lock.
