Off the living room is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. The dining room has a sliding door that opens to the patio area and backyard with a fire pit, grill, and full privacy fence. The first bedroom has two queen beds, with three large nightstands with drawers for ample storage, along with a closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with two nightstands and a closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, kids' books, and games. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, handmade nightstands, a workspace with a desk and chair, and an ensuite full bathroom. The second full bathroom includes a washer and dryer for guest use. The fully fenced yard with a fire pit is the perfect place to relax with friends and family while the kids and pets play.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
