Guests will navigate a small set of steps leading to a quaint screened front porch and the main entrance. Inside, you'll find an updated living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, two oversized chairs, and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku. Off the living room, there's a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to settle in and feel "at home," as well as a dining room with seating for 6. The home features three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and an additional large flat-screen TV, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen-size beds. A full bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer complete the interior. The backyard is perfect for families with children or pets, featuring a fully fenced area and a spacious deck.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee. The community game area offers a great deal of seating and a grill, along with games such as volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.
