The patio and pool area are surrounded by large trees, which means there are always leaves falling into the outdoor space. We do our best to keep the area clean and maintained, but we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the presence of leaves during your stay, it’s part of the natural setting of the property. The pool is closed from December thru the end of February. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact host prior to booking. The pool is not supervised.
