Guests will need to navigate a small set of stairs to enter the home through the front door. Inside, each unit features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. The dining room connects to both the living room and the fully stocked kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances. Unit 7 offers a king-size bed in bedroom one, a queen-size bed in bedroom two, and two twins over full bunk beds in bedroom three. Unit 8 features a master suite with a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom. Additional bedrooms include two twins over full bunk beds, a queen-size bed, and two full-size beds. The home also includes 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a covered porch with a bar and seating.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Parking is available for guests, and the community game area offers seating and a grill, along with games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss.
Located on the marsh, the home provides a perfect backdrop with large mature trees draped in Spanish Moss and breezy nights. It's conveniently close to dining, shopping, and adventure, offering easy access to everything that makes Savannah charming.
The house is not ADA compliant, although it does have a wheelchair ramp. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs except for the master suite, which has two steps leading down into the room. The house features a digital combo lock pad for check-in, and the process is automated and contact-free. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
