Great experience

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service and care that the manager provides. Esther is professional, and genuinely committed to making sure residents have a great experience. She goes above and beyond to address, any concerns quickly and effectively. Esther’s attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the property is evident and every interaction whether its ensuring that maintenance request are handled properly or keeping residence informed about any changes she’s… consistently demonstrates her commitment to the well-being of everyone and Drayton Towers. As a parent of a SCAD student we’re happy our daughter calls Drayton Tower “Home”

Drayton Tower has an excellent staff who is willing to create community events and cares about the residents residing in the building. The new maintenance staff is very kind and willing to help no matter what. We were waiting on a washer/dryer unit since September due to the supply chain issue and management change. The new maintence staff gave us updates and continues to update us about the status of the washer / dryer units. They found us a working unit for the mean time. We appreciate the… kindness and level of care the entire Drayton team provides to its residents Thank you!
