The photos are not of the actual apartments. The apartment we received was absolutely filthy. There was gum on the floors, a thick layer of grease on all kitchen surfaces and the fridge smelled like something died inside it. The bathrooms were beyond gross and all the windows were letting outside air in because the seams were not caulked. This led to mildew from the outside air. The 2 large dumpsters are overflowing with garbage because the owners are too cheap to get the garbage dumped… frequently enough and garbage piles up around the base. I placed an work order about my air being broken and some one came out & did god knows what because when I got off work at 8pm on Friday my air was still broken, these old units hold heat terribly. I’ve called the emergency hotline more than 16 times & put in another work order and my air still isn’t fixed!! I guess my inside temperature being 80 while it’s 75 outside isn’t a true emergency!!!! Property is in terrible condition. The pool needs to be repaired. The cameras on property don't work. They will be nice to you to get you in the property. Once your in good luck if you have any issues. Only time things will get done is if you call the city on them.
