How Is This Rating Determined?

Overpriced, you can't stay over break, and loud (good luck trying to sleep)

Extremely overpriced and you WILL be woken up every single morning at 6-7AM by loud semi trucks backing up right outside your non-soundproofed windows. The semis are to supply the school's restaurants which you have no choice but to pay for (with a meal plan) if you want to stay here. You also can only move in a day or two before classes begin, and will probably be kicked out the day after classes end, so hopefully you have a place to stay. Ridiculous.
