The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker, with a large dining area for easy flow. Sleep comfortably with a king bed in the primary suite, queen beds in two additional upstairs bedrooms, and a flexible downstairs suite with a private ensuite queen and a small double sofa bed, or a second living room with a queen rollaway. An additional queen sofa bed is available in the living room, and a queen rollaway is available upon request.
Ample parking is available for multiple cars and pet-friendly amenities are provided. A washer/dryer, high chair, and pack 'n play are also available. Pet-friendly stays are welcome with an additional cleaning fee per pet: $200 for 1-4 nights, $300 for 5-14 nights, $400 for 15-25 nights, and $450 for 25+ nights. Cats are not allowed. A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 AM. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 per night surcharge for each unapproved guest.
