Flea Infestation

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bella 810.

For the past three months, I have been dealing with a recurring flea infestation inside my apartment, despite the fact that I do not have pets and have never had pets. Pest control has visited multiple times and treated the apartment, but the fleas continue to return within about a week after each treatment.

This ongoing issue has significantly affected my quality of life. I no longer feel comfortable in my own home, and it has… become difficult to sleep peacefully knowing the problem keeps coming back without a permanent solution.

After months of reporting the issue and cooperating with management and pest control services, I expected a more effective and lasting resolution. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.

I hope management takes stronger action to address this situation, both for my well-being and for the comfort and safety of other residents.

At this time, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this community.
