LOCATION....LOCATION @ CENTERVIEW PARK HOMES....

Awesome Community I love the staff here they are informative, Friendly warm and approachable group of people . They are very on time for the maintenance request.
I been here for over 7 years and signing another lease for another 7 years. Very conveniently located with public transport

Just Approved

These people are the BEST! We had the absolute worst time with customer serving at other complexes while trying to find somewhere to move (not answering phones, websites not working, no return calls, info not matching description). We had an important deadline to meet to move ASAP. The leasing office staff was responsive and even helped walk us through the online application when we had a little difficulty. I’m excited for my son to be here (first apartment) where the people actually seem to… care about future residents/residents.

Nice and quiet apt with an amazing landscape.

The first thing that made me decide to move in this apt is the quality of the managers. Think you have difficulties somehow? Well, they find the way of taking care of your problems and provide the best solutions in your need. Mrs.D is amazing cause she always has a big smile on her face while taking care of your problems. Again, The grocery store is very close so you don't need a car or a bike to go there. Also the apartment is very clean from exterior to interior. The combination of the… managers and the cleanliness of these apartments would make you feel home.

Nice place and good price

I have dealt with bad customer service at other apartment leasing offices but not at this one .They are always answering the phone and answering all my questions. I have looked around and you can’t beat this deal . For the price the place looks better than the pictures and is in a good area. They are Very helpful and will work with you. I haven’t moved in yet but my experience is going good so far.
