The Parks at Lanier

I have been living at this property for over 4 months now and the property manager is so nice and helpful! She was not hesitant to help me with anything I needed and without questions asked! It’s so hard to find apartments that actually care about the residents!

Property manager lied to our face about why the house smelled musty, moved in just to be told by our neighbor there’s a mold issue and they’ve been sick. Looked into the empty unit adjacent to us and there is BLACK MOLD growing all over the unit. We asked for everything to be taken care of and we’re told no we can just get out. I have an infant! And she told us she didn’t endanger our family and we don’t know what we are talking about. When you can see with your eyes the mold and the neighbors… all have photos too. The people in our unit before us moved out because mold was growing all over their stuff and the woman was pregnant. Then they just moved us in like a week later. She knows about the issue, lied to our face and after she got our money she became a totally different person. She was very unprofessional when we told her about the issue and said we should just go to a hotel or be homeless because they aren’t tearing out anything and if we don’t like it just get out. I think she said “just get out” 20 times while we were on the phone explaining the problem and that it’s not just us, it’s multiple tenants and units that are having a problem. With the new renovations taking place, The Parks at Lanier have never looked better. I am very pleased with the improvements that have been made and also with the excellent management. Overall, I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Roaches everywhere ! And the windows don’t lock , very very very Bad management
