Move out process

Beware!!
This complex creates bogus charges once a tenant moves out of one of their units. Their charges are unsubstantiated as they provide a check out document dated 3 weeks after vacating the unit. It's highly likely that this is an attempt to right off losses and pass the charges on to a collection agency. Even when evidence is presented to counter their 3 week later dated check out document, no one will respond.

Good luck when you find somewhere else to live and vacate their property!

new apartment

Marbella has been great I just moved In thanks tos Ms.Samil for getting me in my move in process was quick and simple also thanks to Ms.Monica and Mr.Marcus and also the apartment is very up to date neighborhood is quite and clean

Very confused/disappointed

We toured a 1bd 1br Apt. Started the application process, emailed all the required documents. We called several times and left messages for the leasing consultant and he has not returned any of our calls or replied to any of our emails.

Great office staff

I am anticipating a May 2024 move-in and Marcus has been exceptional the whole process. I viewed a unit same day and applied within a week. Marcus has been communicating updates with me and politely asks for any documentation needed. Thank you team for everything!!
