Horrible and unprofessional

I do not recommend renting at this property.

My boyfriend experienced ongoing air conditioning issues throughout last summer, with the unit repeatedly failing during periods of 90+ degree weather. Despite numerous maintenance requests, neither the on-site management team nor corporate has taken effective action to permanently resolve the problem. Instead, we were consistently given excuses, including being told that the necessary parts were unavailable.

Unfortunately, the same issue has… occurred again this summer. When the air conditioning failed, management’s temporary solution was to provide a portable air conditioning unit that could only be placed in the living room, leaving the rest of the apartment uncomfortably hot. Before the central air conditioning was repaired, the portable unit was removed, leaving the apartment without any cooling.

After working 13-hour shifts, my boyfriend has had to return home to an excessively hot apartment. To make matters worse, the emergency maintenance line has gone unanswered, leaving him without any immediate assistance.

Throughout this ongoing situation, management has not offered any meaningful compensation or a satisfactory explanation for why this recurring issue has not been permanently addressed. The lack of urgency, communication, and concern for residents has been extremely disappointing.

Based on this repeated experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone seeking a well-maintained home and responsive management.

Horrible horrible

The bugs are ridiculous the parking is even more ridiculous my visitor car was towed 3 times while visiting this place is money hungry for sure make sure you read reviews do not rent from them you will thank me later there turn over rate is high due to many many problems just pure nasty place and people

Beautiful Community

The community was beautiful and well kept when I toured it. The staff was friendly and knowledgable.

Share A Luxury Apartment With New Roach Friends

If you wish to live in an apartment where you’ll experience roaches in any part of your home (your dishwasher, your fridge, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, in your luggage when you go on a trip, AND even in your bed cuddling with up with you), this is the place to be!!

During our three years that we lived here, the roast infestation was what we remembered the most - even with bi-weekly pest control spraying, these superbugs are nasty and they spread quickly. You bring this up to management and… they’ll act baffled. We got all new appliances (including a brand new furnace and “floors”) because everything in these “newly renovated, luxury apartments” is done cheaply. We were often serenaded with police sirens from all the traffic accidents/hit-and-runs around Covington Hwy and guns shooting off. It is not a safe area nor are the apartment complexes meeting certain public health standards for safety and sanitation.

I would not wish living at The Park at Stonehaven on my worst enemy.

Roaches and mold

***Updated review 10/8/24. This apartment complex was TERRIBLE!!! I had issues with MOLD almost immediately after moving in. Then the roaches started coming out and they JUST KEPT COMING!! I would have my apartment sprayed every other week and even did a "move out spray". I also bought my own chemicals and nothing helped. I had my move out inspection on July 30th. They said there was a strong urine smell. I said it was mold. They deducted a fee for spraying from my deposit and I was supposed to… get $100 back, which I still have not received. They did an inspection of fire extinguishers, mine had to be replaced, who knows how long it was bad for. The last month there my carbon monoxide detector went bad and they never replaced it, even though I asked a few times.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH APT COMPLEX.
