What a Property!!!!!

From the moment I did my application to the day I moved in I have had the best experience out of any move I’ve ever done. You can tell they take pride in their job because the unit was perfect! So glad I chose The Park at Morella. My last stop before purchasing my forever home !

Please beware, a lot of pests

The tour sells you but once you get into the unit, it is a nightmare. I walked into my new apartment with roaches in different places, spiders on the outside of the unit. There was a hornets nest inside of the balcony area that is supposed to be enclosed!! Run, don't walk away from these apartments. Also the safety is an issue. Its supposed to be a gated community but the gates are always broken. Yeah, its a scam living here.
