Under new management

The new management The Vue and The Vue II has made some big changes! They have upgraded the security as well as the repairs on the outside. Maintenance is very proficient and timely. GiGi and Sophia is very professional and helpful. I’m so glad to finally see some well deserved changes in the community!!

The Worst apt in Georgia

No matter how many times they change management it's the same crap,Tennant's dealing with rude and obnousios Management, it's a must that you pay your rent but they never get anything fix,roaches,rats and leaking roofs,molds these people have no regards for Tennant's,do not waste your time and rent this place same crap never changes.dekalb sanitation needs to inspect and shut some units down.

WORST APARTMENTS

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! MAINTENANCE SUCKS!!! There's ROACHES BED BUGS FLIES AND GNAT INFESTATIONS. My lease is almost done. I cannot wait! There are prostitutes everywhere and drug dealers! They shoot every other night and someone just got killed last night! My apartments has been broken into! Do not lease here it is a waste of time and money! It's not safe! Police are here every other day. My appliances have work

worse apts ever my air went out it took them a whole month it was soooo hot. Management told me there was nothing they could do told me to buy some fans he'll they should have brought me some. It's their property. Sad when the man came he said it's just gonna break again cuz the furace was so old they didn't even make parts for it anymore so he fixed it not 20 mins later it went back out. Roaches everywhere can't get rid of them. Ugh nobody needs to live there call code enforcement...

Horrible Apartments

This is the worst apartment community ever. It took three months for them to fix my AC now It's raining and my ceiling is leaking water onto my floor. The maintenance team is ridiculous and the owner of the property has yet to contact me for compensation. I would never tell anyone to live here.
