All adults that will be living in the home must provide a unique and active email address.

Credit Score
The average Experian VantageScore® credit score of all applicants must be at least 600.

Income
Applicants that are employed are subject to employment verification.
Gross monthly income of all applicants must be equal to at least 3x the monthly rent for the desired unit.
Co-signer (if applicable) must have a gross monthly income equal to at least 5x the monthly rent for the desired unit.

Rental History
No negative rental history or unpaid balance on a previous rental.
No eviction filings within the past 3 years for any applicant.

Criminal History
No registered sex offenders.
Each applicant is subject to a criminal background check.
