The Arbors is an apartment community in Tucker, GA
Since management has changed to First Communities a great number of problems have surfaced. It is 6-21-18 and the swimming pool has not opened; today I was told it would not be opening; and it is NOT an amenity to which tenants are entitled. Completely ridiculous circumstance and attitude. There is now a mandatory trash valet service with additional fees required by the lease. Trash had not been picked up daily, as committed, but once a week if at all. Onsite management's solution is tenants... should walk to the dumpster. I don't have an issue with taking my trash, I have an issue with being required to pay the management company for the service then being told to do it myself. I will be most happy this fall when my lease expires.

Its a beautiful unit...
The management is the best I have ever dealt with. The whole leasing process was seamless. It's a bit pricey but you have to pay for quality. Just moved here, but I think I'm gonna like it here...

The Arbors
I have had issue with the apartment. The roof leaked which caused major issues and the complex only patched the problem, than within 1 month the ceiling fail in. The appliance are very old, but when new tenets move in they are providing new appliance and carpeting. When I moved in it was owned by a different organization, now under new management I feel they should upgrade the tenets who pay on time every month. The area is quite and kid friendly, but it more they should do for the tenets... considering the amount of rent that is paid every month.
