New Management the worst!
Since management has changed to First Communities a great number of problems have surfaced.
It is 6-21-18 and the swimming pool has not opened; today I was told it would not be opening; and it is NOT an amenity to which tenants are entitled. Completely ridiculous circumstance and attitude.
There is now a mandatory trash valet service with additional fees required by the lease. Trash had not been picked up daily, as committed, but once a week if at all. Onsite management's solution is tenants... should walk to the dumpster. I don't have an issue with taking my trash, I have an issue with being required to pay the management company for the service then being told to do it myself.
I will be most happy this fall when my lease expires.
