Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, this home is just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for ease of getting around.
The condo is part of a home with three units, offering full and private access to your unit. Shared areas include parking and the yard. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
