Keep the review focused on the apartment community and experience living or visiting there. The community is lackluster. It always will look better during business hours than at night. The leasing office is the pride and joy of the complex. Crime has dropped, but value has as well while prices increase.

Majority of the utilities we pay for in our units... do not work.

Poorly Maintained With A Brand New Attitude
management behaves as if their running a luxury apartment complex in Buckhead or somewhere. Understand you get more with honey luvs, learn how to drop the attitudes and admit when wrong and when you have mistreated your residents. They act as if someone is begging them to stay, check out how many units are vacant. It wasn't this way with the last management

Not great
I've been living here for over a year and fair warning, prices are not bad pool and gym are not open and maintenance does a horrible job plus its next to impossible to contact the office by phone
