Union Landing

Been here a year now. I am very clean. New neighbors moved in next door a few months ago and brought roaches with them. They have traveled to my unit. I have complained over and over. Im clean and these are new apartments! People in office aren't doing anything about it. They lie about pest control coming.

The women in the leasing office have a very nasty attitude when you call the office..they also say one thing then say another about leasing days now it’s pushed to February 2024 it doesn’t make sense to me

One minute they have availability starting in January 2022, then it changed to February 2022. They were allowing people to put their name on the "waiting list" over the summer. Now it 's March 2022 and now they don't have anything available til 2024. Everyone needs to get on the same page because there's wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many mixed messages going around this place. For those who've been calling, I did the same thing then I just stopped by the office. This is when I started hearing all these… different dates and years. Another time I stopped by the office and the lady at the desk where you're allowed to put your name on the wait list was very rude. I'm not sure if it's a Georgia thing but they definitely need to learn some customer service skills!! You can never get in contact with anyone. The ladies that work in the office unprofessional soon as you walk in there already turning you around . They never answer the phone and continue to say they have a waiting list no one can get on.
