The most uncomfortable experience
I went in 6/5 to get information and tour the property. It was unpleasant and unwelcoming from the beginning. The first guy didn’t greet with a smile or introduce himself or act like he wanted to answer questions. When asked to tour the property I was told I had to provide paystubs to see if my income qualified before touring. He directed me to the computer to print. I did and gave the to him. When he brought them to the lady I could hear her questioning if I actually worked that much and did he... see me print them. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to print another and stood over me as I logged in and made me screenshot and print the screenshots with all of my paystubs. I was then told I needed to provide proof of date of hire. She also rudely was talking and texting while “helping” me as if my time was not valuable. At the end I still was not able to tour the apartment because I could not find how to print date of hire for all jobs and she “needed” another paystub. This was a ridiculous amount of personal information and hovering to tour a property. They definitely need friendlier staff.
