it's a shame it used to be a nice place to live but now, i would not recommend living here.
Negligence created an unsafe environment, and at one point it put my infant at serious risk. Urgent concerns were not handled with the care.
There are also ongoing bed bug issues that are not properly treated, leading to repeated problems. Management does not take these situations seriously enough.

Ive lived with a roach infestation for 5 months that they keep spraying for, I had to pay an hvac company to help get rid of the smell, I cleaned what I can only describe as gunk out of every cabinet and drawer, bathroom and kitchen. Air vents all were growing a full head of hair.

I reached out to the management interested in the apartments and ended up canceling my application because the management tried to get me to buy a higher apartment I didn’t reserve previously. I did a tour and was told about a cheaper furnished apartment that was $300 cheaper than the one the sales guy told us about. Three days after completing my application, the sales guy emailed me and said there was a glitch on the IT side and turned out there wasn’t a cheaper furnished apartment that I had... already paid $100 to reserve. The only thing management was willing to do was refund the $100 reservation fee if we didn’t want to go through with the more expensive apartment. They weren’t willing to fix their error and do all that they could to secure us as residents. On top of that, my boyfriend tried to reach out to the personal sales rep several times but he didn’t pick up after it seemed like we were no longer interested. Not recommended, the staff was very short sighted concerning an issue I had with a military deployment. The regional manager has made absolutely no effort to respond to any of my concerns. He will not answer emails, texts, or phone calls... for 4 months. Secondly, I have concerns about security. My exterior door was halfway kicked in and repairs were never fully completed. My husband needed an apartment in Valdosta for four days a week. We viewed their clean model and decided to lease an apartment. However, what we got was never cleaned or maintained. Please note the numerous concerns below. Additionally, he still is not able to obtain the internet due to issues with the complex (his apartment does not exist to AT&T). The staff is indifferent to worries except for the CAM who genuinely seems to care but is hindered by corporate rules? We were given a rent credit... for half a month, but honestly, it was not enough. We have chosen not to furnish the apartment other than the bare minimum and vacate as soon as possible.
