The apartment is run down on the inside. My cabinets did not even match in the kitchen. Parking situation is terrible. Cars get broken into all the time. Gate in front of apartment has never worked and have been promised to have it working for the past two years now. Management is terrible . Good luck getting a phone call back or anything fixed in your property in a timely manner. When you move out they keep your safety deposit and send you a charge for even money. Charge you for stuff that was... wrong before you even moved in . GOOD LUCK

Would give a zero, if possible
The parking situation is severely lacking. People have to park in grass, in the dirt, etc and there still isn’t enough space. Lots of car break-ins and half the time the street/pole lights are out so it gets very dark and unsafe at night. Have seen trash heaps from people moving out sit outside a garage for WEEKS before (don’t expect management to fix or clean anything in a timely manner).
