Spring Chase Apartments

Thank you, Spring Chase, for six good years of apartment living. Christie and her team were always quick to address any issues that arose and stuck with them until they were resolved. If we ever move back to Valdosta, we will definitely try to get back into Spring Chase.

We stayed at Spring Chase for one year in one of their standard 3 bed and 2 bath apartments. The office staff was always polite and professional! They were able to help us out a few times printing off travel documents because we didn't have a printer. They never felt bothered by any request and gave an appropriate response within a timely manner as well. Their maintenance staff is above and beyond amazing. If there were any problems with the apartment, they would fix it within the day! The... community within Spring Chase is also wonderful as well. We met and encountered plenty of amazing and wonderful people who have been staying with Spring Chase for YEARS!!!! If this place is within your budget, I highly recommend staying here. The pools are great. The gym is well taken care of. There's even a laundry station if you didn't have your own equipment!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex two separate times. I lived there back in 2010 and then again from 2019 – 2020. The first time I lived there was perfect and everything went fine. The second time has been a different story.

I just recently moved out and had an apartment deposit and a pet deposit. Apparently, all of these deposits were not enough to cover how “filthy” my apartment was. I’ve been asked to pay an additional amount due to random reasons. One reason was that my... refrigerator/freezer was dirty. One reason for this is because the freezer ended up not working the way it should and pouring water all into the fridge. I called multiple times to have this be fixed while I lived there and was only given temporary fixes. It eventually would just happen again. I notified the apartment complex that it was broken once again when I moved out.

Additionally, I was told that did a black light and had to then treat the apartment. I like to think that I’m a clean person and my cat never had any accidents that I’m aware of. Apparently, your pet deposit will not be going towards fixing anything.

The only expected to be charged for carpet cleaning since I was told this would be required since I had new carpet when I moved in. Additionally, there was some wear on the wall in an extra bedroom where I had a desk at. With just these “charges” I wouldn’t expect it would cost all of my deposit, my pet deposit, and extra money to cover it.

Ultimately, don’t expect to get your deposit back. I didn't get mine back and I'm being charged additional money. When I called to express my displeasure, I was ultimately given an “Oh well” from one of the staff members.

Additionally, the apartments are still pretty outdated in some places. I had some pretty hideous wallpaper and the bathroom floors were outdated and filthy. I was told that some things were supposed to get renovated at my apartment before I moved in, but that never happened.

Other then the deposit issues I enjoyed living there and working with Kelly in the front office. She is the most helpful and the nicest worker there. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live. However, you probably will not ever see your deposit and will be asked for additional money. Read More

My daughter moved here a few years ago to live with her husband who is in the Air Force. We have visited multiple times and the property is clean and well kept. The office staff was amazing with her when she needed to lease their new apartment. I highly recommend Spring Chase Apartments.

Awesome staff. Wonderfully kept. I love this place. From the management to the maintenance staff. The location is perfect. You're right next to everything. If I ever need anything they get it resolved within mins if not extremely soon. They are very sweet and never have given me any difficulty. Only smiles. Every time I call they always take the time to ask how's my day or how am I doing. I cannot give enough praise to this place. I have lived here for almost four years. This place is amazing.
