The Gardens

The townhouse I am in at The Gardens is both spacious and quiet, quiet frankly it is just what my husband and I needed! I terminated my lease at my old apartment complex primarily due to loud neighbors. I’ve been in the Gardens for two weeks now and the peace and serenity of the neighborhood is truly inside the home as well. The open floor plan makes for quite a spacious home. We fell in love with this place the first time we saw it. The Gardens is like it’s own town in the middle of the city. It’s so peaceful, so quiet. I’ve never had any complaints. You won’t find this modern floor plan with this much space ANYWHERE ELSE. The neighbors are nice and the walls are soundproof. Management is literally the best. Any complaint you have is fixed within a few hours or a day at the maximum. I would and I definitely recommend this place to everyone I meet. My fiance and I recently moved into the Gardens. The townhouse we rent is beautiful and spacious. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is quiet. The management is very accommodating and friendly. She goes out of her way to make sure the tenants are comfortable and that all maintenance issues are solved. That said, there are very few maintenance issues.
The Gardens apartments really shine. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an apartment that can be made to feel like a real home... . Read More
