The Gables
Been here a few months with new management. Faith is so nice and patient with tenants. Laundry area works as it should. Maintenance requests are followed up within a timely manner. Pool has been locked for months but not too much to complain about here honestly. Invest in wasp and gnat spray.. minimal roach sightings but can be maintained.

Happy here at my new home!
I just moved here and I am very happy with my new home. I found out this is all new management and they are very nice to me I appreciate them very much and have made my move in very nice. I like it here so far I have been here 4 months.

Terrible place.
The apartment has swapped hands so many times and now it has landed on fees on top of fees on top of over priced rent to get you:
-Paper thin walls and floors.
-Noisy neighbors/kids running around.
-You like people doing drugs? No? Too bad.
-Amenities? Pool is closed half the time and the washers and dryers give the suggestion they work. Not their problem though.
-Damaged buildings with very little fixes given.
By the way they've changed their rent and how they settle amenities, they want you... to pay for privilege to not have what they advertise.

CURRENT RENTER!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE FROM HELL!!
Nothing has changed! They are very rude, doesn’t respect their tenants, police stays out here for a number of reasons. It’s not just the one landlord it’s also the owners! I only been out here 6 months and I’ve been looking since the first month I got here! I’ve been racial slurs and nothing has been done with contacting the owner, they are just as low down as this entire place! WARNING PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This is a real review!!! I’m currently still here but have plans on seeing them... in court soon! Don’t drag yourself or your kids here!!
