This apartment has been perfect for me and my cat. It is the perfect size and I love that we got new washers and dryers a couple of months ago!!! The office staff are always friendly and willing to help! I absolutely love it here! I only wish that they had a 2 bedroom available.

I truly enjoyed my time living at The Woodlands. The office staff went above and beyond to make sure that any small issues that I had were taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely live here again if I were to move back to the Valdosta area.

WAY overpriced for the trash that you get.
I’m a NEAT FREAK, everything is clean and spotless and there’s still a roach infestation. My neighbors have also complained about this problem. The amenity area is always trashed, broken, and busy. Half the washers and dryers do not work as well as the workout equipment. Pool is always crowded by people who do not live there. Air conditioning in my apartment stopped working in the middle of July but it was after office hours and it wasn’t “considered... an emergency”. Just absolutely awful. DO NOT RENT HERE.
