Procedure for Applying:
• Go to our website:
• Click on the “Homes For Rent” tab at the top of the page, which will show the available rentals. Select (click on) the property: 221 Alton Circle
• Click on "Rental Application"
• The fee is $45 and is non-refundable (every person 18 and older that would be living there has to pay and complete an application)
• Attach copies of your ID, and AT LEAST 3 of your most recent pay advices (the pay advises should be uploaded as one file)
