I've really enjoyed my time at Residences at Villa Rica. My townhome is spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs. Having a dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. I appreciate the well-maintained grounds and the quiet atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. While I haven't used the fitness center much, I've definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The neighbors I've met are friendly, and the community seems well-managed. Overall, it's been… positive experience.

Overall it's been good. Have a maintenance issue that still has not been addressed and its been over a month now. But other than that nothing bad to say.

I love this place!! The townhome is new and the staff is responsive and extremely helpful. I put in a maintenance request and literally get it fixed the next day. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. I just love it!
