Hickory Falls

Where to start? in the last year or so, sadly this beautiful property has been in rapid decline.! The buildings have rotting wood, shutters down, downspouts are coming apart causing water damage. The trash is always piled up at the compactor due to full compactor always. NO one has pride in the community, they get out of their cars and throw trash in the parking lot or leave in the grass for maintenance to pick up. People with animals, don't pick up after themselves, so you need to watch where... you walk at all times. The pool is constantly overrun on the weekends and nights with non residents, nasty loud music as well as using the area where the grills are. The gates are always open which in turn allows anyone to enter, to use the pool or the common areas that they don't pay for. I am so sad to see what has become of this once quiet beautiful community.
