This is a quiet apartment but there is a trailer park beyond the complex and if you have anything of value they will gladly separate you from it. The tenants are pretty nice, have lived there a year and some months so far. The issue is with maintenance though, be careful if you are not there a great deal because they dig through your things. My freezer door was left open and I arrived the next day to find a note for pest control and the food in my fridge and freezer ruined. The maintenance... people have also inquired about the tools I have which they have actually asked to use, because they have looked in my tool box in the home without permission. Finally, my child was home right after school, who is 12, said that someone with the description of one of the maintenance people tried to walk into the back door, in his room.
