Ever since I moved in this place had issues!!! The property Management does not care!!! If you have maintenance issues they will never get resolved. They will close your ticket even when the problem was not resolved. My AC/ Heat has not worked properly or at all during summer. It is winter and nothing has been done. This place is way over priced for what you get!!! My front door looks like it was kicked in. That has been like that since I moved in. There is damages and problems with more units... then just mine. My mother has been living here since 2012 and her apartment has never been upgraded, even though apartments around her have been, her rent continues to increase.
Since 2021 she’s been dealing with mold, leaking roof, and other issues. During the rain and hurricane season she has to leave and stay with my sister. She’s spoken to management about the issues numerous times and still no resolve.

Mold and mildew throughout home. I’ve reported it to maintenance and the office. Currently paying rent and for a hotel going on 3 months with no voucher or reimbursement . 6 months pregnant and have lost 7lbs due to the mold infestation. The company the office has contracted simply painted over the mold markings without doing an interior testing. Had to order my own mold inspection and pay 400 out of pocket this week which reflected mold and moisture are still in the home. Apartment is unlivable... . Had to relocate my daughter as the mold has started asthma flare ups. I reach out via phone and through the portal and was informed they don’t get the messages. I can only catch them in office which is seldom. Requested another apartment and apparently none are vacant. My 3 neighbors in my section have vacated due the same issue without resolve. Read More

So far so good. moved in this past week, all our issues were addressed in a timely manner. Very sweet staff. Wish the little cosmetic details were better but we have enjoyed our time here so far! would recommend small family, or couple.
