Roach Infested Beware
These apartments are roach infested. Very unhealthy and the leasing manager is aware

False Info
I can understand raising rent but raising it after failing to comply with the lease. These apartments are beat up, roach and gnat infested, along with poor maintenance services. The kitchen floors are caving in, the floors squeak, causing cracks in the walls, the laundry room is unusable due to nastiness of landlord and residents staying here, the sides of the apartments are falling apart, along with the canal eroding away on the backend apartments. Super 8 motel is cleaner and more maintained... than this and I’m confused as to why there’s 4 stars when there should be zero.
