The second bedroom room has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed — these two rooms share the full guest bathroom. The fun game area for chess or cards and wet bar are the perfect way to end the day.
***The lower level of this residence has a fully equipped studio apartment with kitchenette, full bath, and separate entry. Guests will fit up to 6 people UPSTAIRS and 1-4 in the STUDIO, 10 people max in this residence. Studio sleeps 1-4 people with King sized bed, sofa sleeper option and X-Long twin sized "punee" bed. The room is open and a shared space. (see photos). Call property manager to inquire about pricing for just the upper level or the entire estate.
TV, DVD also offered. Also enjoy the enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower for rinsing after beach time!
