During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted and doors/windows should remain closed while crews are working in the immediate area. The lanai may generally be used after crews finish for the day; however, lanai furniture will be removed and unavailable during this phase. For privacy, it is recommended to close the curtains while crews are working immediately outside the condo. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed. To ensure late departure, the condo must be reserved for the night of departure. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
