Building Notice: Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building have officially started. Balcony access for this condo will be restricted from June 29, 2026, to November 20, 2026 (approximate dates). However, after 5 p.m., the balcony will be accessible, but no furniture will be allowed as we're required to remove it for painting. There may be noise disturbances. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. To guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure. Housekeeping service, replenished towels or toiletries, condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or a cooler are not provided.
