Great Location!

This apartment is in a wonderful location! Literally minutes from the beach and all the excitement of Waikiki. The apartment itself is pretty small 480 sq ft, but since it is a Penthouse unit the views are spectacular. I have highly enjoyed being in the heart of Honolulu.

Big Deal in Small Package!

I was fortunate enough to come across a studio apartment right in the heart of Waikiki for $1050 a month! It is within walking distance of the beach, 24 Hour Fitness Gym, common convenient stores, nice restaurants, and recreational areas like the zoo and neighborhood parks. Even though it's a small unit (<450 sq. ft.), it's very hard to come across a private space in Waikiki that includes electricity, water and sewage, wi-fi, a pool on site, and get this--upgraded cable all in the cost! It's... definitely worth it if you love to be close to everything for convenience and adventure. Trust me; if a young man like me was able to move here on my own 5 years ago with no job, go through the hardships of living in one of the most expensive states on earth and still gain something like this, then surely there are much more great deals out there. Anything is possible! God bless :)
