Living in a community like this one with a full-time staff dedicated to the residence makes a world of difference. Having rented before dealing with individual Property Management teams has been a struggle. The location amenities, staff and maintenance team are exceptional.

I’ve lived here 7 months. Great community. My neighbors are friendly. Love our home. Our children is happier here. Makai has been so good to us. I have really nothing to complain about. They have community event and activities for families. Love how family oriented Kalaeloa is. I’m so glad we made the choice to live here in Makai. Also I have to mention about how great the office team is as well. Any questions or concerns they immediately address issues or even just stopping by to say hi.... Management is respectful, kind and always greeting us with a smile. Mahalo Kalaeloa for allowing my family to be here and grow. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I love Kalaeloa. I feel management is doing their best to address all concerns but certain residents don’t respect the rules and they do what they want to do. I know these residents are aware of the rules and CHOOSE not to follow them because they always do these acts after the office closes.
