Fairway Villa
I am very pleased with the fairway villa condominium. The grounds are kept clean and there are always 2 security guards watching the entry point and parking structure. The rooftop amenities are fabulous. I love the convenience of cooking/swimming on the 29th floor. The location of this building is perfect. Half a mile to the beach and close to all local shops in Waikiki. I would recommend this building to long term residents or tourists. The apartment manager is available every day during the... week. His personality is very pleasant and he performs his job very well. I feel secure and at home in this building.
The one negative part about this building is that they are currently doing a painting project that interferes with visitor parking and does not look visually pleasing from the outside.
