Overbearing HOA
HOA that will write you up for anything and everything.
-Curtains aren’t the specific color white we’ve outlined? Get rid of them or we’ll fine you.
-The screen door that’s been there for years now? Oh that’s unacceptable. You need to change it to these pre-approved ones we picked out.
-Want a copy of the “House Rules”? You have to pay that too.
