The final approval process generally takes another 2-3 days to complete processing.

A credit score of 620 is required. If your credit score does not meet those requirements a cosigner may submit an application and be processed to assist you. Any cosigner must have a credit score of at least 670, no exceptions.

Once all application processing is complete a move in date will be decided and a lease drafted.
